Anna Ready is the Founder of Accrew, an accounting and consulting firm focused on making business finances simple. For over fourteen years, her mission has been to partner with leaders to build and grow remarkable organizations. As a leader and individual, she is wonderfully inventive and engaging. Anna leads by example when it comes to sustaining a life-work balance; when she’s not at the remote office, Anna is all about spending quality time with her family! Together, they love to play boardgames, go on camping adventures, and get up to the mountains for some snowboarding!

Jill Chun is the Operations Manager at Accrew and copilot to pretty much all-things-awesome! She supports all departments and is incredibly gifted at kindly shining light on opportunities for both learning and celebration. In work and in life, she genuinely wants everyone around her to thrive. Away from the desk, Jill never turns down a chance to get into water – whether it’s swimming, kayaking, or stand-up paddle boarding, she’s up for it! She’s a podcast enthusiast (shout-out to Simon Sinek!). She also loves hiking along the coast and trying new foods with her husband.
